International flights require a lead time of three hours for passengers to arrive at the airport and begin the check-in process while domestic flights require a two hour lead time.

Depending on the time of year, such as summer, international flights can be full which means long lines and even longer wait times. Its best to prepare yourself to be ready to leave your hotel atleast 4 hours before your flight.

This will allow time for travel from your hotel to the airport and then time to check-in and go through security checks.

Although check-in may take about 30 minutes to an hour security checks can take a bit longer so you want that buffer time to get through the long lines.
